Mike was awesome! Great for beginners. He explains things very well. Definitely corrected a lot of things without overwhelming.

Golf can be intimidating to get into, especially as a beginner. I’ve been to driving ranges before and often left feeling overwhelmed or brushed aside. But my experience at the Golf Lab was completely different. My instructor made me feel heard and supported throughout the entire lesson. He didn’t overload me with too much information and took the time to explain things clearly, using video and tech in a way that really clicked for me as a visual learner. For the first time, I left a lesson feeling excited to keep learning and actually wanting to come back. Highly recommend, especially for anyone new to the game.

Been injured for a while and its great to restart and get lessons again with coach Mike. He immediately addressed my flaws and fix my club head speed. As always, highly recommended

I've been getting lessons from Mike Drake for around 10 years and he's been a great coach and enabled me to reach my goals! With help from his instruction to sharpen my skill set and advice on which jr tournaments to play I was able to receive a division 1 golf scholarship. At the Riverside Golf lab he has all the tools to take a deep dive into your game and is able to simplify this data in a way that I find understandable and easy to apply to my game. Great coach!

I have gone to see Mike Drake a handful of times and it has drastically improved my swing. He is extremely informative and analytical yet provides simple drills. I have learned so much about my swing with his help. I would recommend the Riverside Golf Lab to anyone!

I’ve been taking lesson from Mike for about 5 years now. I was a beginner golfer who struggled with a softball swing. What I love about Mike is his patience in fixing everything that needs fixing. He focuses on 1 to 2 things that need the most attention. Once that is accomplished, he moves on to other issues. I had a lot of things I needed to change in my swing. It would’ve been too overwhelming to fix everything so I appreciate the 1-2 things to focus on. During the lesson, Mike evaluates my swing and then explains where he sees a problem. I LOVE the trackman bc I’m able to see the problems that Mike sees. He slows down the video to show the problem. I love all the data the trackman shows. He’s also good about offering a variety of drills to help with same issue. Some drills click and others don’t, so I appreciate when he finds one that works for me. I highly recommend Mike. He’s patient, observant, and knows what he’s talking about! I attribute all my success in my golf to Mike. When I started with Mike I was a 38.1 index, I am now a 14.1.
